looking for knife information?

I was giving a Schrade Old Timer knife by my wifes grandfather and am trying to find some info on it. It is a non folding knife with a skinner blade about 4 to 5 inches. On the blade it has imprinted on it "Made expressly for HOFFRITZ" Would appreciate any info anyone has or maybe some online sites for knife information. Trying to find out when was made, cost?
