looking for knife similar to Mad Dog Freq Flyer

A friend of mne is really impressed with my Mad Dog frequent flyer but isnt ready to shell out that much cash...I saw another nonmetallic neck knife but can't remember who is was made by. His birthday is coming up and it would make a great gift ( he is not getting my Mad Dog & if I buy another Mad Dog it is gonna be for me !).
Any help will be aprreciated !
 
What about Newt Livesay's NRG? It will only set you back about 20 bucks and is supposed to actually be able to cut stuff with the blade (as opposed to being just a stabbing implement).

Personaly I would not carry anything larger than a small folder on me when passing throught airport security..Anything larger put it in your underseat bag and carryon..When you land you simply go to the bathroom and put the blade on...New detectors work on detecting the mass of items and not their metalic signature..
