Recommendation? Looking for Kris dagger recommendations

Not for an actual antique but someone that makes high quality replicas or "modern" versions (if there is such a thing). Budget is flexible. Can be made to order or not.

cold steel makes one...its kinda ugly to my eye though.

The Cold Steel examples are very nicely done, they're made in India by Windlass for Cold Steel. Traditional Filipino Weapons - link to non-supporting vendor removed by staff , is the other good source for them. Those are good ones for getting a feel for a traditional one. From there, you can go custom, but that is much harder to do, not a lot of people do good versions. You're either junk or very high end, little middle ground.

Busse makes a model called the Kris P Bacon - it’s huge but looks pretty awesome.

Agree on Traditional Filipino Weapons. The only problem is that they don't do much in the way of daggers and they seem to be chronically out of stock.

Kissing Crane makes one. I have one with stag scales and it is slick. If you can find one, I’d say buy it.
