Any ideas?

Or how about just a one-hander with a classy clip?

I prefer a smooth, thin blade, a slicer, for EDC.

It seems like wood handled one-handers I've noticed are thicker and heavyish looking.

I liked my Spydy Centofante 3 but lost it and now need a replacement. If I could get something like it with a wood handle that might be neat.

Thanks...

I used to be on the same quest, JeffOYB. I work in an office and really dont want anything that will make a knife shaped lump in my pocket or be looked at as a weapon. A few that ive considered though are the CRKT M4 and Case TrapperLock. Not wood but still classy looking one handers.
Eventually i gave up on the idea after a former marine co-worker referred to my orange ka-bar mini dozier as a weapon  Found a new love for tradationals for office EDC and only carry a one hander when i think i may need it.

Well, if it ain't broke--just buying another Centofante 3 is the obvious first option.

As far as wood goes, there are some options that jump to mind but they're mostly either not one-handed operation, are too thick or are too expensive. I like the Lone Wolf Swale, and it's not expensive, but it's a little on the thick side, for example.

If you don't mind having some Chinese and money left over from your budget, then you might want to look at the Enlan M028 (very gentlemanly little knife, IMO) or something like a Boker Magnum Senior.

Here's the very inexpensive M028:

All neat ideas! Thanks. I think we could still do more with the clip. Does anyone make an accent clip, a nicer, carved-up, jeweley clip that I could replace a plain one with? I see low-key as one solution and maybe the best. But I liked the SOG cut-out clip til I realized it spelled SOG. I thought it was just decorative at first and that seemed kinda cool.
