my name is theo. i subscribed to this forum quite a while ago, but have not been active.
my background is jewelry, non ferrous metals, lapidary,some wood and inlaying. i have been interested in the beauty of knives for a bit now. i am hoping to find someone who would be willing to mentor me. not necessarily in person, but at least electronically. i have some books, as well as the internet to ans some questions. not nearly enough.
i want to attempt an integral piece. it seems from the info out there that i may be biting too much off as an intial project. ive noticed a lot more women in the game and i am ready to jump in.
