Hey guys, I'm voluntary fireman and I am looking for a reliable folder with frame lock. My price range is up to 50$ (45€). I don't want assisted opening, because I can't carry assisted opening knife in my country. Thank you for your advices and have a good day.

Not many knives in that price range with a framelock. You could look at the ESEE Zancudo which costs around €35 or Kershaw Cryo 2 for about €50. Personally I would recommend a Spyderco Delica, Endura or Stretch. The VG10 steel holds a great edge and is easy to sharpen. They cost more than your budget but I think you will be very satisfied.

For that price range, and considering that it sounds like you may be concerned with lock toughness, I'd say check out Cold Steel.
The Voyagers, Lawmans, and Recon-1's can be found new in the $50-60 range, and they are very functional. And the Tri-Ad lock is very strong - stronger than a typical frame-lock for sure.
