Looking for my first ZT

Looking to get my first ZT and having a hard time deciding. I am looking for a large weekend EDC and want it to be B.A.. I do a decent amount of hiking, hunting a more than enough fishing. I was originally set on a BM275 but kind of frustrated with the slight (very slight) vertical play in every axis lock I have. So I’ve narrowed it down to a zt0200 plain or a blem zt0300st (would get either from kershawguy). I love the edge 154 cm takes and both are very comparable on weight and blade length. I love the look of the handle for the 300 and wide blade but not sure about half serrated. Also to me a ti frame lock and steel liner lock are stronger than I need so that isn’t an issue . So when it comes down to it what knife do you find to be easier to carry and a better EDC?

Aside- Not concerned about collecting, is a blem a smart buy? I ask this because a scratch or chipped paint isn’t an issue but wouldn’t want to have a mechanical issue with no warranty. I won’t be battoning prying or using it as hard as a fixed blade.

Let me know your thoughts.

Ps sorry if this has been covered a few times, searched these enough and can’t find the input im looking for.

Thanks JD

Between those two, the 0200. I preferred the handle over the 30X. You should get one before they're all gone.

I have both the 0200 and 0300...
The 0200 is always in my pocket; and the 0300 is usually in my desk (sometimes I put it in my pack, just because it IS badass. I like the 0200 so much I bought a second one, just so I'll have a replacement if I need it. Go 200

A blem won't be a problem as long as it's a user blade. Both blades you mentioned will get the job done.

I prefer the frame lock so I would go with the 0300. I just bought one for my work knife.

I like the 0300 series more. Although on paper, the specs look similar, they are VERY different feeling knives. The 0200 does have an incredibly comfortable handle, but it is also a monster to carry in pocket. The 0300 is not a small knife either, but, at least for me, it carries relatively comfortably in the back pocket of my jeans. There are some things I like about the 0200 handle more, but the 0300 is also very comfortable in hand, even during repeated heavier cutting. I have no doubt the 0200 would be comfortable for that too, but just the sheer bulk of it has kept that one grounded for me.

Both knives are very well built and would no doubt serve you well. If you have a chance to handle them (maybe a local shop that carries them), that would be the best way to figure out which would suit you better.

Some side-by-sides of the two... The last one shows the biggest difference in the bulk between the two.
