Looking for name of this maker?? (pic)

The sheath looks to be Norwegian, possibly Swedish made. The bad part is that in Norway especially, it is very common for people buy a blade and then make their own handle and sheath. So even if you find out who the "BO" is, it does not mean he or she made the knife.
