Alright, before you guys start shooting out suggestions READ my requirements.

Currently owned manual flippers, Combative Edge M1 and ZT 0200.

Requirements:
Must be a flipper!
No spring assist.
Manual ONLY.
If frame lock, lock side MUST be smooth, no 3D machining.
No tantos.
Good steel, like D2, 154cm or s30v, something GOOD.
General EDC purposes, nothing too big or small.
4in blade max, 3.25 minimum.
G10, aluminum or titanium only.
Thumbstud only.
$250 or less.

What to not suggest because I already want it
Dendra Defender.
Kershaw Skyline
Kershaw Lahar

What to not suggest at all
ZT 0700, don't like it.
Benchmade 300
Spyderco Southard
HTM's

Decided! 0350 again, sold first one, new one going to get special treatment by Rival:)

Well the two that come to mind both require one point of compromise from your list:

ZT 560/561 - machined lock side Ti

ZT 550 - not a flipper

Other than that, both meet every requirement and are outstanding knives. You obviously have your reasons for making your list so specific but might find it difficult to get absolutely everything you want in the one package. Good luck with your search.

you basically described the Ray Laconico Jasmin Flipper. Except for the $250 price tag.

You could go cheap and get a ZT 0350 and remove the assist spring. They make a pretty nice manual flipper.

Already have 0550; Friend had 0560, the handle was too thin and its machined unfortunately.

I actually had a 0350, didn't like it much and sold it and then they had to go make a stonewashed version that looks great, does it detent with torsion bar removed?

Kershawguy.com had the stonewashed blems for $95 but he's sold out... :(

I don't know what the blade steels are but I have a CRKT M21 that I really like and there are dozens of variations to the m16/21 lines.

Thanks for helping me pick a "new" knife, I'm just going to buy a 0350 black blem and have it pimped by Rival.
