Currently have a Timex Expedition, and the ticker is just driving me crazy. I don't have any watch experience at all, so I'm not sure about the budget/features that I want. Here's what I must have on the watch.

-Analog
-Alarm
-No ticking sound
-Durable recessed lens
-Bright glow on hands (the brighter the better. Pretty sure tritium's out the budget though.)
-Water resistant to at least 50 m

What I would like:
-Carbon Fiber Face
-Titanium
-Tritium
-Thin case

I'm looking for a sporty/fancy watch. Not a big fan of metal wristbands, more of canvas, or rubber. Something that's suitable for outdoors, but won't look too out of place in a suit. Suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't really like the "chunkiness" of G-shocks(probably a minority), but the wengers look interesting. Still looking though.

I just picked up a Citizen Eco Drive in the gear forum here for well under your budget. It's a nice watch, simple clean face, thin, no tick and the numbers and hands glow very well. It also came with a canvas style strap. I'll snap a pic later when I get home.

Ps to Texas Gun Person- ditch the link. Don't want you to get an infraction.

Considering the Citizens, but I've read some bad things about their longevity. Not really sure. On the other hand, I'm also considering the Invicta Specialty, with Carbon Fiber. Seems like it can be had for $80 on certain sites. How is it?

EDIT: Just noticed the Invicta seems to be too big, and doesn't have a self-lighting source. Maybe not the right one then.

If one alarm is enough, Casio Marine Gear AMW320 series.

White dial, black dial, blue dial, gold dial, rubber strap or steel bracelet. I recommend rubber, it's $20 less. I put mine on a leather strap.

Standard 22mm lugs, lots of choices if you don't like Casio's rubber strap. No backlight on the LED but the lume is pretty good.

The Governator wore them in Kindergarten Cop (1990), Last Action Hero (1993), True Lies (1994) and Jingle All the Way (1996).
