Looking for: Oil filter studs

Does anyone know where I can get oil filter studs for a filter relocation kit? I have a dual filter mount already, but the studs where bad (rusted and bad threads). The studs I need are 13/16" x 16TPI (teeth per inch).

Here's the kit, I need the two threaded studs (right center). The studs don't necessarily need to be for oil filters. For the most part, any 13/16" x 16tpi stud will do as long as its hollow.
