Looking for old thread comparing various 'lubes' ability to prevent rust

I remember reading an old thread that compared a bunch of different products and their ability to prevent rust on carbon steel. I'm almost positive it was here in the tinkering forum.

I can not search and have used google to search this site but can not find the thread. Can someone possibly point me in the right direction?

Here's one I did back in 2005, I've been meaning to do a round 2 with weaponshield clp and some other products but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Thanks for the links.

However, I don't think either of those was it. If I remember correctly it compared about a half dozen products and metal was exposed to salt spray every day for about a month. It also seems like there were about 5 pages of posts replying to the thread.

That reminds me I really want to check out the remoil when I do another round of tests here. I had written it off before due to how thin it is figuring it wouldn't hold up.
