Looking for opinion on Hazen Eli knife

Does anyone had experience with Hazen Eli knife?
Planning to use it as utility, around the house, and back yard knife. Never had 154CM on fixed blade.
Any input is welcome.

Myself i would give this $44 dollar Knife a look, it has gotten good reviews in the chef Knife Forums.

I would like to know about quality of Eli, I can get it for much less though.
