I just saw this model online. Just curious as to anyone's experience with this knife.

Thanks,
Clay

It is in the upper 10% of production folders. It has great lockup, MOD quality, lightweight, feels much bigger in the hand than it would appear. Sharp as a cactus. I have no complaints about this knife. If you can get a good deal definately get it. Although I will say I prefer the trident, based on size and shape alone. (quality is just as good).

Handle ergos and lock up are very good, but my blade was poorly ground - off center and asymmetrical. Unlike Pergatory, I found the cutting edge dull, thick, and difficult to sharpen. While these knives are cute and trendy, I think the hawkbill blade is too limited and the overall workmanship is not quite up to snuff compared to Microtech. The latter’s little “Kestrel” hawkbill is a much nicer knife, both in terms of F&F and usability since the questionable hawkbill profile is much less pronounced.
