Looking for resources for police training

I am looking for resources to develope a lesson plan for our 42 man police department. We are looking to do a 1-2 hour course on safety, deployment, use (not knife fighting). I need resources for the lesson plan. Any ideas?

Try reposting this in the Tactics & Training. section of the forums. There are a bunch of guys in Greg Walker's forum, and Practical Tactical that would really be able to help there.
