Looking for rubber "washers"

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a batch of those nifty little rubber "washers" like the ones Blade-Tech provides with their TekLok hardware? I don't need all the rest of the hardware, just a dozen or so of the washers...

I believe those are just faucet washers. Try your home building center or hardware store.
