Looking for small EDC fixed blade

I'm looking for a small, less than 2" cutting edge, fixed blade for EDC. I carry a Cold Steel Super Edge on my keychain and like it, but it feels kind of cheap and doesn't hold an edge very well. Any suggestions?

Try the Bark River Mikro, or Mikro Canadian.
The blade is very sheeple friendly, almost looks like a butter knive, but it cuts like a razor.

Check out the new AG Russell Hunters Scalpel. AUS10 steel. Locking hard sheath. Blade is 2-1/2" long though. Better materials and design than the Cold Steel for about the same price.

I EDC the older version that had a blade of 1-3/4". If you can find one of those, it might be just the thing.

If your not scared of carbon steel, try Anza knives, several small versions available. Very stout and I can get mine razor sharp with little effort.

i always liked the la griffe, and i have and carry the spot
but i only keep it as a posible defense weapon, so i ve never actually used it for utility jobs
its just there, on my neck, mostly when i travel

I've been monitoring these "small fixed blade for EDC" threads, and there are a lot of them out there.

But I am still yet find something the size of a BRKT PSK that has a minimalist belt sheath, preferably kydex. Also have the Mikro Canadian, which almost seems like a toy.

But part of the fun is in the hunt.

-RAT Cutlery Izula
-Boker Fixed Subcom

Those are the two I can think of that get good reviews.

The Hellion should fit the bill, and its nicely priced at $40.

Check out the Bark River PSK and Lil Creek. The Mikro Canadian is nice but it was far too small for me. The PSK and Lil Creek are only marginally larger and offer far better cutting and holding performance.

A lot of great suggestions; and I certainly agree with Stretch's suggestion of the Mini Canadian. You may want to check out a Les Voorhies Mini, as well.

Iv always like the LaGriffe for a small fixed blade.
I have just picked up a Matsuda Mini northland though, thats a real nice little bit of steel.

Both these are hawkbill blades though so are kind of limited a bit.
