Looking for some good handle pics!

I don't have anywhere around me that I can go try out different Emersons.
My new Snubby is awesome but some days I like to carry a little more blade. I'm thinking a black bladed Horseman or Cqc 8. Maybe an A 100 :D

Anyone have some pictures with a Snubby and some other Emersons so I can get an idea I would really appreciate it!

Even just some handle length measurements would be great!
 
I saved a pic "Seadog" sent to me over at Knifeforums. You've got a Snubby, CQC-8, and on the bottom a CQC-11:

I think the CQC-8's handle is very, very close in shape as the Snubby. I love my Snubby's ergos and the 8 is my next Emerson.

I'd kind of like the Horseman size blade but this handle is unbeatable!

I'm thinking an 8 too :D
 
The 8's gotta have the perfect EDC blade shape out of any knife I've seen yet. I love my Snubby but the 8 is just perfection.
 
You might want to look at the CQC-10 It's kinda like the Snubby's big brother :D it's an awesome knife.

For me, it's similar to the Para Milie..in size, that's all right by me :D
Yet it has the Emerson, mystique and I mean business, about it,with a full size handle and short blade, shes a fantastic edc. Now if I want something a little beefier..I'll take the 10 with me. I want for nothing,with these two on me.

Glad you like it. Reminded me of the Para too. I actually took mine back out again today. I'll try to fit it in the rotation somehow. I haven't bought a new Emerson for awhile now. I'm still looking at the 8 or 10. If I can find a 12, I may go for that one first. :D:thumbup:
 
Thanks for the help on deciding on the 14.
I know it's a bugger, deciding on which one's next, the 10 for me is a great cross over, from the Spydies. What with the hole in the blade and all, I truly believe that it will be the most used of all these new EMI's that I have started with. I'm sure you know,that we kniferonis are a fickle bunch, were never satisfied for long. A lust for another model is always, a pic or post away.
It would be interesting if we checked back a year from now to see what Brand or model, was simply the be all end all knife.
 
FWIW I have a Para and after having it for a few months I came not to like the handle's ergos for me. The Snubby is nowhere near the same handle design as the Para. The 14 fits my hand very comfortably whereas I just can't get a comfortable grip on the Para. I have large hands though so that's a factor.
 
Splat, you're right it's no where near the same design. The ergos are also much different. dc50 and I were talking about the short blade to handle ratio of the two.

The 14 still wins that one though.:thumbup:
