I am new to the knife scene and looking for a good EDC knife. If you could please give me some advise on what you would recommend as a good starter EDC knife? This would be used daily around the house and carry with me on the go. Looking forward to see what everyone has to say. Thanks : )

Requirements that I am looking for in a knife:
*Under $60, needs to be reasonably affordable
*You can carry with you, not too big that you will leave at home due to its size
*Folding, maybe a clip to help keep in your pocket
*Something you can use daily and it will not fall apart in a few months

Some knife's that I have heard are good from reviews (feel free to add what you like):
*Cold Steel Voyager Lg Clip Point Plain Edge
*Cold Steel Recon 1 Tactical Knife with G-10 Handle Clip Point and Black Blade
*Ontario RAT Series Model 1 Satin Plain Edge Folding Knife
*KABAR Doziers Pocket Knife Folders
*Spyderco Tenacious G-10 Handle Folding Plain Edge Knife
*Kershaw Skyline Knife with Textured Black G-10 Handle

Kershaw has many fantastic knives within your specifications, but the knives you mentioned are also pretty good.

Buck Vantage Pro, made in USA, S30V Bos Treated Blade, G10, low rider clip and under $60. :D

Cheers!

Maybe a Spyderco Delica or Endura ?

The Tenacious is great : light weight, G10, unexpensive ...

I have the Cold Steel Voyager Large but in tanto blade. It's a great knife, solid lockup, no blade play, and smooth opening.
Id also recommend the crkt m16/m21 series. Also a great knife, solid lockup, easy to deploy, no blade play and "wave" feature on several models.

From top to bottom:
CRKT M16-13DSFG = $40
CRKT M16- 14DSFG = $50
Cold Steel Large Voyager Tanto = $50
