Wondering if these are still avalible or discontinued
I'm very taken by the design and much prefer carbon steel so it would seem an ideal pocket carry

I'm having a hard job tracking one down which is even harder since I'm in the UK

any advice appreciated

Queen lists their copperhead on their web site so it's still available. They show it in their African Zebra Wood and Honey Amber Stag. The US dealers that I buy from stock them but they don't ship internationally. I would think there's a UK dealer that stocks Queen.

To add......There are some Queen copperheads that you can bid on (you know the place) and some sellers will ship worldwide.

I think what Corso is asking about is the Queen City copperhead, which had 1095 steel instead of D2. To my recollection, they are not currently in production.

Yes. You are correct. I read his post and missed "City".
Mike....collectorknives.net.... has some old stock, 2 blade Queen City copperheads but he doesn't ship internationally.
I promised myself I'd buy one but it seems there's always a different knife in my sites when I go to order.
I WILL order one real soon. :D

In the meantime, you could opt for a Böker Copperhead, decent quality, carbon and a few handles to choose from.

its a shame but a chap i know on another forum is hopefully helping me solve this issue :)

Please know that these Queen City (not all Queen City) were a budget SFO and are more like Queen's work knives in fit/finish. Since it's going across the pond don't want suprises.

thanks for the heads up at $35 I expected them to be on a par with a sodbuster Jr F&F wise

its going to be put to alot of work too :D

When you get it, let us know what you think of it. I have a black wood handled one and it's and okay knife. Not superior, but plenty good enough for everyday use.
