Looking for Some Info on my USAR Pack

I was recently issued an Infinity brand USAR 24 hour pack as part of joining my state USAR team. The only place i've found mention of this brand of pack is right here in this forum - the 10th post of this thread. The pack is really more of a civilian battle belt set up with an attachable pack, similar to the haversacks of WW2/Korea. I'm having some issues setting it up and understanding the purpose of all the bits and bobs and was hoping someone would have some reference material or know where I could get some.
