Looking for someone to make me a knife

I have been searching for a small fixed blade carry knife and found one I really like. Unfortunately it's a little too big for my state and was looking for someone to make a knife like this one but smaller.

what state do you live in.

I'm in Colorado. The concealed blade length is 3.5" so I want to go 3.4" to be safe.
