who owns one of my knives, and has used it and worked it hard! If anyone actually has, (pictures of it in use would help me decide), post here. There is a reason for me asking, I will explain why later. ;)

I've been trying to get out to the woods but I've got a hand injury with some nerve damage I've been dealing with so I haven't had an opportunity yet. I'll see if I can get out this week and take some.

You mean I should break out the shotgun and slugs?!?! Battoning and prying is about as far as I've gone, never had shoot it or open a car door yet.

Anybody out there who has done more than make a fuzzstick? :D It could be worth your while to get to using them and post some pictures and reviews! ;)

Here's a few photos of what I've used my Ky Woodsman for since I received it July 29 2010

Making a spoon-(no in use pics guess I need to use that timer function and a tripod)

Been meaning to get out some lately, guess I need to take the tripod along and get some in use photos. I'll look for a break in the rain to get out. I heard between today and tomorrow we're supposed to have 2" of rain.

I bent my Kephart at least 20 degrees batoning through a knot. I knew I should have snapped a pic. Oh well, I need some playtime anyway!

Hi Stomper -

I use my JK's hard, but typically in the kitchen!

Today I cut up an onion, two green peppers, a canned ham and six slabs of baby back ribs - all cooking right now. I used the large JK Kitchen Knife to do all the chores today.

When the weather gets better, I'll be using my Knatchet and my Survival knife a lot.

best regards -

I've taken loads of pics of my JK Hiker XL being pounded through wood and I can't find a single pic now !!!!!

Looks like I'm gonna have to beat on my Hiker some more on my next days off !:D

I've used these two alot. Hammering, prying, batonning, etc with the camp knife and EDC with the EDC(go figure).

I always wondered where that Scout ended up, now I know, thanks! I think you might mean S.W.A.T. Magazine.

Hi pit -

That Knatchet has been around!

I used mine quite a bit this past fall - lovin' it!

That is going on every camping/riding/shrooming/sap gathering trip I take from now on.

OK Stomper -

I have used my Kephart for fire starting and the last time I was out draining the jugs when the sap was running. You need a nice broad tipped knife to tailor the holes that your taps are pounded into - the Kephart works really well in this task.

Here my friend and fellow firearm/knife "affy", is trying to start a fire - I later used the Kephart to try - it was too wet that day.

I also take the kephart with me when I go shooting:

It also used to see a lot of action in the kitchen, that is before we got our RWC (I hope you can sleep at night, jds1... :P )

Of course the Camp/Kitchen knife set sees a lot of action now - it just cut up six slabs of baby backs last weekend.

I also always filet my own tenderloin rolls - that way when you eat one I have trimmed, there is no inedible connective tissue left on your plate. I hate that, and the JK C/K is what I like to use now that I have it back.

The C/K was my go-to knife for making my cajun succotash last weekend, cutting up a ham, peppers, onion. The usual duty.

It's going to be BLT season before you know it:

I remember the sweet Scandi Passaround knife you did - I worked that one hard, again, in the kitchen:

I also used that puppy to rough-out a morel on my shroomin' stick:

I have used my Knatchet to cut 5" logs, and to make fuzz-sticks (for fun), and also to notch figure four deadfalls, when I watch a Ron Hood vid and practice. The Knatch' has become one of my favorite all-around knives, but I guess I have not taken any pictures of it in use, 'cause I cannot locate any right now. I'll just post this one when I was getting liquored up one evening:

I can't wait to hear what your idea is, Mr. K.
