I'm having problems finding something to use as a liner for a nylon sheath. Before anybody says anything, Kydex is not the answer. It isn't made in pipe form, so I'd have to fold and glue it and I don't like the way that looks.
I'm looking to find a source for some type of cut resistant semi-rigid plastic pipe 1" ID with approx. 1/16"-1/8" walls that is remoldable and doesn't get brittle in the cold. 100 PSI Polyethylene pipe is too thick to get a uniform heat for remolding. Anybody know their plastics?
