Looking for speakers in NJ for Cub Scout meeting

I am looking to get someone to come out one day to speak to a small cub scout Den about knife saftey and knives in general. Meetings are at our school which is in Westfield, NJ and we meet on Thursdays at 3PM.

Honestly, anything knife related would be helpful. Many of them carry pocket knives on campouts and hikes and are always looking for an opportunity to use them.
