Looking For Stock Removal Classes

Hello All;

I'm looking to step up my grinding skills and have not interest in taking a class involving forging as that is not my track in this. Is anyone aware of any classes that are "intermediate" or "advanced" but are strictly stock removal based? If this is the incorrect location for the post feel free to nuke it from low orbit.
