I'm looking to pick up a pair of boots. My requirements are as follows:

Waterproof, insulated (200-400g, I don't want them too bulky), pull on, and preferably leather (not a deal breaker).

I'm just looking for suggestions, what you guys wear, what has the highest ratings, things like that. I know it's all relative, but I'm looking for a few good directions to go. I don't like buying a new pair every year, so I would like something of a little higher quality. I don't want to spend $600 bucks or anything silly, but I'll drop a few coins for a good quality pair of boots.

I work in a warehouse as a manager, so I'll be walking inside and outside all day, in every kind of weather. I go through snow, mud, inside on the concrete, and back out again. It's ridiculously cold here now, and I have some boots with 200g thinsulate that keep the toes fairly toasty. That is why I don't think I would want more than 400g, as well as not wanting the added bulk as I mentioned earlier. I also want something I wouldn't mind throwing on for an overnight camping/fishing trip, so keep that in mind as well.

Suggestions welcome! I'm definitely interested to hear a lot of different responses. aside from the parameters I mentioned earlier, I don't have my eye on any particular "style" so I'm completely open to any and all suggestions! Thanks in advance!

Check out Irish Setter boots. I don't have slip-on boots but I do have their 10" lace up, leather 400gr thinsulate boots and, so far,

Irish Setter is Redwings lesser brand. Usually <$200.

nice, I will have to check them out. I have seen a few styles on the internet, but never knew much about them. thanks!

I have a pair of Irish setter marshalls, they are great! Mine aren't insulated, but you may be able to get them in an insulated version? Mine are waterproof, leather, and pull on, and steel toe, but the waterproof and steel toe were options. Again, not sure if you can get them in an insulated firm, but Irish setter boots are great.
