Hey people, I was shown this knife by my parents, my mother had this knife made for my Stepdad about 9years ago in Vermont, the maker is a mystery to my mom, she isn't what you would call a knife person, and has forgotten all the important details..sooo...she was there on business, and grabbed this knife for him. I was wondering if you could ID the maker, as there is no marks and not many clues for me to follow, I just happen to think that it would make a great woods knife, and would like to have one made. I know its a long shot, but you guys are always amazing me.
So, its made in Vermont, and its handforged, bone or antler handle, and a pretty bad sheath. I would guess the maker wasn't a major player at the time it was made, as the knife has some issues, like the pin placement and finish. Any help would be greatly appretiated. Gene
