Looking for thicker handle scales for my Dauntless Work Knife V1

It’s a great knife but the handle scales are too thin for me. I wrote to them but no luck, they have what they have and don’t plan to make thicker ones. Does anyone have a source for aftermarket scales that are thicker than the ones that are standard? Thanks in advance!
 
Have you tried a place like Etsy? I was able to get some liners for my Fallkniven A1X, which increased the overall handle by just enough where it still fit in the sheath, but also helped fill the hand a bit better. Maybe you have a 3D printer, as these were simple 3D printed liners, and can find a print file for such a thing.
