IMG_0011.JPG Good Day All ! Does anyone know where this Great Lloyd Hale Sub-Hilt is ?
 
Since it is a Coop photo, maybe you should ask Jim Cooper, he might know.
 
Try Dave at Nittinger Knives or Walter at Hoffman Knives, both of whom are Hale collectors. I know I've seen that one somewhere, probably was owned at one time by one or the other.

Actually, I am pretty sure that one at least **used to be** Don Guild's.

Here are a couple which I do know where they are. And they are not alone. ;)

Thanks, very nice i like the first knife ! Was really looking for one of his sub-hilt fighters ideally. I'm new to this site so is there a way to DM for a price on first knife? Thanks, Curt

The original knife came to me directly from LLoyd Hale in Jan. 2009. Not from a dealer, although I've photographed the majority of his through dealers.

He has a Facebook page: 'LLoyd Hale Knives'. That's your best bet to reach out. You may get lucky. He can put you in touch with the buyer? It's possible.

Do a search on my Gallery on my website for 'Hale'. Everything I've shot for him will appear, and if it has a set of letters and a number after the name it's from a dealer, otherwise it's date related (maker direct).

Thanks for info! By the way your photography is awesome! I have spoken to Lloyd he does not know where knife has gone .So the chase continues!!!! That's what makes it interesting. Thanks again everyone's for info . CDC

I know the owner very well and he is not interested in parting with that knife at this time. But if that changes, I'll be sure to send you a message.
 
Well, I have followed all leads but no luck ! Thanks Again to everyone for leads . Will keep looking,who knows might get lucky! CDC
