Looking for umbrella sword

Can anyone help direct me? I have been trying to find a full-sized umbrella sword and canont find them anywhere. Any leads would be appreciated.

I believe that Section 12020 for California prohibits these along with lipstick case knives, cane swords, writing pen knives, etc.
