Looking for Wicked edge upgraded arms

Hey guys as the title suggests im looking for upgraded arms on the wicked edge, while im at it would anyone recommend getting the ceramics by wicked edge, heard there was a bad batch of them and now Clay is looking for another provider of ceramics. Anyways hope everyone had a great ol' time during the holidays, ive been waiting on my accessories before i can play with my little christmas gift (wicked edge propack I) Take care guys

I'm curious about your main motivation for the upgraded arms? Mine left a bit to be desired as well, and feel much better now that I fitted the gaps in the joints with small bronze washers where necessary.

Do yours have a good amount of slop, or is there another reason you want the upgraded arms?

haha actually zero slop, just been reading and watching videos and well its created alot of hype. Truthfully i dont even know if i would be making that much more of a precise work. where did you get the bronze washers? maybe ill save myself some dough and buy those instead...i dont really need the ball joint all the edges ive made are very damn good....have you tried WE ceramics? worth it? im using 1200 grit and 2000 grit sandpaper to get my mirror edges and it seems to do the trick just fine.

also thinking about a little DIY mounts for my spyderco fine and ultra fine rods to use on WE

From what I've read in the past, the ultra fine $120 set is probably your best bet. Apparently the other set works, but they're odd physically. I'm not even going to try and explain them, above my pay grade. I think the best info on the ceramics is over on the Wicked Edge website forum.
