There a a number of Benchmade models that fill your bill , not to mention some very elegant Spyderco's and Al Mar offerings . There are quite a number of aftermarket Kydex products , River city , and On Scene Tactical being among the better ones .
Then of course there is the Custom and Mid Tech arena . Simply too many to mention .
A word of warning bout Kydex - it is not very wood furniture friendly . Not the greatest for an office , or home enviroment , also a bit tuff on auto upolstrey .I have never been to sold on horizontal carry . Never carry a hard /large object in the mid back region - a bad fall can cause serious injury - this applies doubly to activities like LE . This leaves only two areas for decent tactical carry , concealment factor ,and comfort not so good . You also tend to conflict with dther stuff , IE cell phones , pagers , CCW handguns etc. Their are not a lot of semi flat spaces on the human body , where you have 5" of belt realestate , even fewer when you consider that you need to get to your blade with either hand . YMMV .
