Looking Forward to My First RAT

Hi guys this is my first post on this forum - - - Ive got my first RAT on order & it should get here in a couple of days. I ordered an RC4 plain edge green blade w/ Orange handle, kydex sheath, Molle jump approved back, and Tek-Lok. - - I have quite a few knives including a few customs but hadn't quite found the best combination to use as a field knife. I like the versatility of carry of this RAT set-up (belt, molle loops on pack, pack belt, etc), its light weight, high visibility (I've dropped gear at dusk in the mountains & have lost them forever), steel that will take a good edge & be easy to maintain in the field, and the fact that this is a reasonably priced Tool that I guy can put to Work without worrying about it.
Of course, you guys know this about your RATs already ! I'm just looking forward to getting the new knife. Regards, - - -

Welcome to the forum. You will find hat a RAT knife will serve you well in what ever you want to do. You may even give up on the other brands.
 
Congrats on the 4, it's a great knife and was my first rat as well. It won't be your last lol

Congrats. When I got my RC6, my wife said I grinned like a little kid all night.
I'll probably act the same with my next Rat. It's a freaking desease.

How many people contact you about the breaking of their RATs usually? Always wondered that..

Thats an awsome knife. My son has an RC-3 and I can't keep my hands off it. I am a little bigger so my first is going to be the RC-4 also. How about some pics of the knife?
