That is a bummer. In the past, the only Beckers I have owned were the Camillus Brute, Camillus Patrol Machete, and a Cincinnati stamped MachAx. I loved all three. Unfortunately when Camillus went under, I jumped on the band wagon and sold my 2 Brutes & 1 Machete. Damn, those were nice blades...

But, I am now good for the time being, my Ka-bar BK&T BK9 arrived in the mail yesterday. Very nice. It is not a Brute, but nice.

Reincarnating this thread in hopes of future plans for a Kabar Machax, Brute and Patrol Machete (a-la BK10 reincarnation)...Also happens to be the oldest thread in the Becker forums lol.
 
If I'm not mistaken the Patrol Machete and Machax are being produced.

I'm not sure about the Brute.

The BRUTE and PATROL MACHETE will be made overseas.

the new MACHAX, and THREE Tweeners will be made in the states.

If I remember correctly......

Better wait for Uncle E or Tooj to hand down the Becker word on slabs of grivory from Mt Olympus.
 
Someone did, but i am not allowed to tell. The news makes me happy. It will make you happy. IMHO, it will also sell more product. WNY knife gathering ROCKS !!!
 
A little birdy told me that Bladite has already pre-ordered every Machax that will ever be made in the future.
