I'm looking at getting a Zero Tolerance ZT0550 Hinderer but I'm not sure if I will be able to sharpen it with my KME system,the part I'm concerned with is the spine of the knife at the top theres not a lot of room for the jaws to hold on a flat surface.

I'm also looking at a ONTARIO XM-1 Plain edge,I'd like to get a folder that is made out of a better steel then the cheaper AUS-8 steel's,I'm looking to spend around $220.00 at the most for a good Folding Knife that has a better steel in it like the Ontario or the ZT.
What other Folding Knife's that have good edge retention would you guys recommend,I'm also do not have a lot of stone for free hand sharpening so I'm going to stick with my KME system.
