Looking to find out about this knife

Hey guys, I got this knife from an ex like 10 years ago, he said it was his dad's, just looking for help to figure out who made it and such. Closest ones I can find are on Pinterest and I hate that site .

Rose Knives / Rose Handmade Knives. These were imported from Pakistan late 90's. They were somewhat better quality and more interesting design than the standard Pakistani knives of the time.

Worthwhile better or still junk better?

. Better finished than many Pakistani knives, but still a budget knife. They were sold sometimes on that Cutlery Corner tv show, and such. I'm not sure who originally owned the brand, but they are owned or distributed by Frost now.
