Looking to identify a knife marking- MMMA in a circle

What's the rest of the knife look like? My guess, from your pic, is is the 10 inch Combat Bowie. Ted's 5160 is good stuff. Simple, and tough.
 
They're still making them, and there are a lot of them out there. Not always the best fit and finish, I'll admit that, but not bad, by any means. And they're thick and heavy. But, they are tools first. Ted and his crew torch harden the edges of the overbuilt 5160 blades, the rest of the tool is left softer. If you're looking for elegant, these are not the knives for you. If you're looking for precision, best to look elsewhere. If you want tougher than nails carbon steel, handmade, and way cooler than Cold Steel at a reasonable price, Ted's work is more than worth a look.

Not affiliated, btw. I met Ted and his brother Barry around 30 years ago, been a fan ever since.
