What is a solid edc in that price range? So far I've bought a spyderco pm2 and a endura 4 now I want something less costly.

Well the Buck 110 is a solid choice, available everywhere, and shouldn't be effected by the new import laws you guys gotta deal with.
You should be able to walk Into Walmart and pick one up for well under $60, I know they're only about $38 all day here in the states.

I just saw a Buck 110 at a popular Canadian hardware store for $59.99+tax.

Folder? Fixed? Big? Small? Type of scales?

Need more info or you are just going to get a big list of everyone’s favourite inexpensive knives.

Well what I'd like is a locking knife no flipper tab 3.5 inch blade or smaller, frn or g10 scales does that narrow it down?

The Tenacious is a great knife with G10 for $50-60CDN. I use mine a lot and have many more expensive knives.

Personally I love my Kershaw Emerson collab knives which can be had for around 40$ canadian. The cqc4xl and the cqc7k or 6k are among the nicest inexpensive knives I have ever laid my grubby little paws on.

Of course there is always the d2 version of the rat which is a no nonsense excellent knife for the price with great steel.

Cqc7k on the left.

What is that spyderco one above? Hmmmm I like the 6k perfect length blade. That might be it. I'm still curious on the spyderco

Grab a couple Byrd knives. You could get a meadow lark (delica) and maybe a serrated rescue knife? Byrd is Spyderco made overseas. For the money there is no better option in my opinion.

Rather than any of the knives recommended so far NEW, I'd buy a lightly used Spyderco Delica 4 FFG vg-10 FRN.

I whent with the kershaw cqc 6k ,good choice? Had it for 10 minutes and already cut myself. This isnt like a gerber that come dull lol

There are two good knives for around $50 a piece, the OKC RAT 1 or 2 or the large Buck Vantage Select. I bought the Buck first which then led me to the RAT 2 and it spiralled out of control ever since. But whatever you do, make it quick as they both may get very hard to find.

edit: Ah, I see you already got one, so please disregard this post.

I still want one of the shorter rats , thats next on my list. What would preffer kershaw or the rat?
