Looking to toy around with my first knife modification.

For my first knife that I want to play around with modifying , I want to start with a cheap enough knife, a Cold Steel Sparta. Basically I'm looking to send it to someone who wants a project.

Things I want to have done to it.

1) Put a very nice glossy satin finish

2) Have a recessed edge .

3) have a nice vivid reflective red blood splatter design on it.

Wanting to find someone that I can send the knife too before I move to a more expensive knife and have it modified. ( Want to eventually modify a Strider )
