Loose blade on PE

I've had a PE for about 6 mos now. It's one with the Arc-Lock. The blade seems to be a bit loose. I tried adjusting the pivot, but then it's awfullly hard to open easily. Otherwise it has been very nice and no problems.
Any ideas ?

Ron (SOG customer service) is away this week, but if you try SOG at 1-888-SOG-BEST and ask for warranty, Steve (or someone else) will gladly help you out.
