Loose cobra hood?

Picked up and assist 1 the other day and noticed that cobra hood rattles. I thought I might try tightening it but its tightened all the way down already.

Is this normal? And if it is then why have them like that out of curiosity?

no, it's not normal. when tightened all the way it should not rattle. if it does, then that's a faulty hood you got there, probably doesn't fit right......

Thanks. I'll have to check it against a few others at the store and pick one that doesn't rattle.
