Loose guard on buck 119

I’ve got a new buck 119 that came to me with a loose guard on it is there anyway to fix it myself or should I send it to buck and let them take care of it

Buck has a reputation for excellent customer service. They work hard to keep their customers happy. Since your knife is brand new, I'd send it back and let them handle it. It's very unlikely you could do any better, any other way.
