Does your automatic get "loose' with time?
Mine has acquired a nasty little (excess) slop that I don't like.
Seems to me that a BM 9100 auto that you spend $180 for should be tight as a nun's ass when locked open. Not the case here.
WTF?

Everything wears. Some quicker than others. Just more reason to get a manual.

With the high velocity openings of automatics you would expect them to wear quicker than their manual counterparts. Just send the knife back to BM.

And tone down on your language please.

The problem with high velocity opening is that it will cause the stop pins to flatten out. For more info on this, look for the thread about flicking being harmful.

Fix it right the first time, use Baling Wire !
