I suspect this topic has been addressed umpteen times in the past on this board but I don't remember seeing it in the two months or so I've been perusing it - can I get some suggestions on how to deal with a loose scabbard? - perhaps some advice, or suggestions on where to look for info. I got my blem sale 21inch Bura Gelbu Special - beautiful knife, but the knife is a little too loose in the scabbard and I worry about safety when carrying it. Thanks, Wes Hoenshell

Not knowing just how loose the knife is in the scabbard. I would still suggest putting a thin piece of leather inside of the mouth of the scabbard with the best quality super glue that you can find. I've only had to do that to one of my khuks but it worked pretty well. Just what worked for me.:) :)

well, you could glue two long strips of velcro down the blade and then put some inside the scabbard. That would hold it pretty well.

:D

I've considered adding a strong, small magnet embeddede in thewood
down toward the tip.

I think it would work well.

Too many projects
