Loose shield and movement?

Should I be concerned about a knife that has a single pin shield, where I can visibly wiggle the shield a bit by pressing the ends, and where I can hear it click when I shake it close to my ear? It appears to be on the knife securely and doesn't stick up or anything, it's just not completely tight against the cover.

Couldn't hurt to use a bit of the low viscosity cyanoacrylate to lock it in. Belt and suspenders, as it were.
