Lost access to listed email, cant authenticate

He lost access to his listed profile email and cant use it to authenticate and login, what is the proper channel to get him back?

He will need to contact Spark
Fixing that will take someone with Admin rights. Only Spark has that on this site.

GaryC will need to prove to Spark that he does indeed own the account.
I suggest that you DM Spark, and provide him with GaryC's current email address, one to which he has access. Then they can talk.
