Lost and abused

Ever find a knife out walking and it's beaten quite badly? You think it was just fate for someone to lose a knife they abused. I found a vic deluxe tinker, sucker was so beaten that the blades were all scrated up and like butter knives, sissors wobbled and the knife was seized up. A little TLC and work and it's in a good home and has become and EDC. Such a great comprimise between the swisschamp and my tinker. Anyone else have a story to share?

A friend of mine found a small Buck lockback buried in a garden, crammed with dirt, tip snapped off.

No rust on it. I cleaned it out, lubricated it, fixed the tip a bit, and put it back into service.
