Lost and Forgotten Knife Steel - Questek Ferrium M60S

New article about a lost and forgotten knife steel – Questek Ferrium M60S. The steel got some buzz around 2004 as a steel designed for knives using computer modeling. It was also sent to several knifemakers for testing and feedback. However, the steel was never commercialized, so I investigated what happened with this steel. Interesting. I had no idea these steels even existed. I have had some curiosity about different types of steel, like talonite, but haven’t really pursued learning them, or using them.
