When I put my pants on this morning I checked my pockets in the jeans I was wearing yesterday, and no knife. I always have a knife in my pocket. Always. And for a long number of months now it has been my ACSB Queen Utility knife (aka their #11 pattern; basically a Slimline Trapper in D2).

I had been to the shooting range with a buddy on Sunday, and it was 95+ degrees, so at one point I had changed into shorts. I figured in all the changing and tossing, things got lost.

A quick check of the car turned it up. But it was a rough couple of minutes there. Considering how many knives I have I really shouldn't be this concerned about one of them. I must like this little knife more than I thought.

That can create quite a panic... Good you found it though.

No matter how many we own, the thought of losing one is still

Always good to find a treasured companion. I once lost a knife in my aunt's car for six months. Thankfully everyone knows I'm the knifenut in the family, my uncle saw it and knew it was mine immediately so he set it aside.

This is the support group I have been waiting for. It is sort of the Holy Grail of support groups. I own 40+ knives now, and if I misplace one, and cannot find it, I have to stop and look for it, or I cannot focus on anything else.

It's funny, I have found my knife quite a few times in my car seat. Sometimes, I would play with the knife and put it under my leg while driving.

God Bless

OH my Gosh!! that's enough to stop eating breakfast and go look for the knife. I know the feeling

Glad you found it. Lost a SAK roughly ten years ago, still ticks me off!:grumpy:;)
